Support for Minecraft 1.21.7 and MythicMobs 5.9.5

- Added an icon in /mm items browse
- Changed HEROBRINE_FREEZE to HEROBRINE_STALKING, and made some small changes to it
- Added a new skill, HEROBRINE_CHEST_FILLER will fill nearby random chests or barrels with rotten flesh, small chance to fill with tnt or diamond, 50% chance to activate
- Changed HEROBRINE_CLOSEBY_DARKNESS, so it's an aura now instead and works so much smoother, 100% chance to activate
- Added a new skill, HEROBRINE_TELEPORT_2 will make herobrine teleport randomly around you if damaged, 50% chance to activate
- Added "HEROBRINE_RANDOM_SKILL"
- Added description for all skills, also new skills
- Added a new skill "HEROBRINE_CHEST_FILLER"

- You can now re-enable random spawning for Herobrine by increasing the spawn chance, as specified in the configuration files.
- Fixed small issues.
- Changed herobrine text messages.

- Herobrine does now try to spawn again if it doesn't spawn, and there will go random minutes everytime it tries
- It seems that I changed much, so delete your old Herobrine and add this, which should work so much better

- Added NoGravity to Herobrine dummy
- Herobrine Dummy is now a small ARMOR_STAND with no plate in case it teleports to close to the player and affect the hitbox, it's still invisible tho
- Herobrine will now teleport correctly close to players, but not onto the same spot of the player which could lead to insta-kill

- Seems like there was a "cat" problem with the Herobrine skin, it should be fixed now.

- To make sure you install it correctly, close server, remove old files, update libsdisguise to latest, drag new files.
- Forgot to change something back to normal, right now you can see the dummy entity following random players, now it's invisible and changed back to an armor stand.
- Removed "HEROBRINE_AWAITING" skill and merged it with "HEROBRINE_DEATH" skill
- Removed unused skill "HEROBRINE_SPAWNED"
- To kill Herobrine you need to use "/mm m killall -p"
- Herobrine mob is just called "HEROBRINE" but is actually just an ARMOR_STAND first and then it spawns the real Herobrine.
