Bug fixes, created a file where the skills work without needing MythicLib (without the variables dependent on this plugin) and adjusted Enchanted Shard skill to make it more powerful.

• New "ice_wizard_skills.yml" file.

• Enchanted Shard:
  • Adjusted the crystal spawning area.
  • Crystal's trajectory adjusted.
  • Crystals can now pass through entities.
• Hailstorm:
  • Fixed vfx bugs.
  • Improved hail spawning.

Minor bugs fixed.

  • Removed console error of a non-existent meta skill that was not in use.
