This is a huge update that adds 1.21.3 and 1.21.4 support, and many internals have been changed to accommodate the split between spigot and paper. There are also a huge number of new things with this update, as well as many large optimizations courtesy of Taiyou!
Highlights include some major new additions to items via the new components, many upgrades for random spawns, and tons of new mechanics!
While this update should work on spigot, we continue to recommend paper as the server software of choice and it's possible a lot of the new features added in the future could be paper-only.
