Okuyasu Nijimura is a character in Jojo's Bizzarre Adventure (Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable)
His stand called ZaHando (The hand) have a very cool moveset, he can erase everything with his right hand, but the bearer (Okuyasu) is so stupid. So in the anime is a troublemaker.
