8. Manufacturer's Warranty for the Goods
The Warranty for the Goods is specified in the Offer, or if not in the Quotation, as specified by the manufacturer of the Goods. Seller will at its sole discretion repair or replace any Goods which Buyer has notified Seller to be nonconforming with the manufacturer's warranty during the applicable warranty period and Seller has been determined to be defective.
