You can make them in game using vanilla minecraft ingredients on the crafting table.
All the food have unique custom recipes that work with both ItemsAdder & MythicCrucible.
Not only can they be placeable decorations, you can also consume them - each food with different hunger restoration amounts!

Shift + Left Click while holding the food to consume it
You only need one of the two - MythicCrucible OR ItemsAdder to make the pack work. You don't need both of them.
Eating particles can only be shown in MythicCrucible
The recipe guide can only be accessed in ItemsAdder
