Purchase/verify/download issue

Good day. Purchased mmoitem and mmocore several days ago. Still cannot download any of release/dev builds of the mmocore.(nor the mmoitems is working well and I can download it and have a persmission to the dev builds as well) Website tells me that I dont have a permissionto download and brings me to the purchase page, where I cannot "buy" coz my account is already upgraded. Also, I cannot use discord links or spigot (Bought both products here), so the spigot site offers me to buy it again
Need some help with a permissons/discord/role/whatever, coz I totally cannot understand where should I go with this problem. Also cannot even open a ticket in discord.

I have the same issue, but i bought MMOCore and MMOItems in 2020.
So i would appreciate it tons if someone could resolve this issue for the both of us.
