Development is still ongoing, however there is neither a deadline nor a release date. Please remain patient.

Yes, it's actually fully functional, but being completely re-written for ease of maintenance. This will not be released until it's bomb-proof.

I don't know how many people are betatesting this, but an open beta can help to iron out bugs much quicker
