What version of Minecraft are you using? 1.13.1
What server jar are you using? Spigot

What version of the plugin are you using? 0.1.21
Describe the bug. Be as specific as possible, images or short gifs/videos are welcome but save configuration files for later sections. Write a whole paragraph if needed, help us bug testers replicate your issue!
There seems to be a problem with most items not being able to execute skills. Attributes and other modifiers work well, however skills do not. If I change my item to any Sword, it will work as intended. (I haven't tested tools or armour)
Note that the Artifacts triggers also do not work with items where skills do not run.
