Simi L.A.B.S. Development Agreement & Terms of Service

Developer: Cesar Suero Luzon ("Simiux")
Entity: Simi L.A.B.S.
1. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All configurations, packs, plugins, and digital assets created under Simi L.A.B.S. by Cesar
Suero Luzon ("Simiux") are the sole intellectual property of the developer. The client
acknowledges that all custom configurations, scripts, assets, and settings provided
remain the exclusive property of Simi L.A.B.S., unless explicitly stated otherwise in a
separate licensing agreement.
2. License & Usage Rights
By commissioning or purchasing configurations, the client is granted a non-transferable,
non-exclusive, revocable license to use the provided content only on their server or
project. This license does not grant ownership of the underlying work, only the right to use
it within the specified terms.
3. Restrictions on Redistribution & Resale
The client may not:
Reselling, redistribute, share, or otherwise make the configuration available to third
parties.
Claim ownership or authorship of the content provided.
Use the content for any commercial resale, repackaging, or sublicensing without
express written consent from the developer.
Modify and repackage the work for resale under another name or brand.
Use the work in ways that violate the intended use or exceed the original agreement.
4. Modifications & Custom Adjustments
The client may request reasonable modifications within the scope of the original
commission. Any major reworks, expansions, or additional feature requests beyond the
agreed project scope will be billed separately.
Modifications may be made within their own Server to adjust certain aspects of the Pack.
However any change made and shown to the public must be expressively mentioned that
modifications have been made and does not represent the original work any longer, or is a
derivative of the original work.
5. Liability & Warranty
The developer guarantees that the provided content is functional and free of
critical errors at the time of delivery.
The developer is not responsible for incompatibility issues arising from third-party
plugins, server updates, or misuse.
Any issues arising from unauthorized modifications or tampering with the provided
content voids any support obligation.
6. Support & Maintenance
Support will be provided for a reasonable period post-delivery to fix bugs or minor issues
directly related to the delivered work. Long-term support, updates, or integration with new
third-party plugins or game versions will be subject to additional fees.
7. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
In the case of project cancellation by the client, partial payments may not be
refunded depending on the work completed.
Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate revocation of rights
to use any Simi L.A.B.S. content.
8. Acknowledgment
By commissioning or purchasing from Simi L.A.B.S., the client acknowledges and agrees
to these Terms of Service. Violation of these terms may result in license revocation,
blacklist status, and potential legal action.
